Thanks for being here! To give you a little background about me… I’m a nutritionist (soon to be RD), nutrition blogger and recipe developer. My roots run deep in Baton Rouge, LA but I am currently in Phoenix, AZ with my husband, David, and three (large and crazy) pups!
